Community Guidelines
Last updated 15 July 2026LLH Speak connects you with people you don't know yet, for real conversation practice. That only works if it feels safe. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. By using LLH Speak, you agree to follow them.
The rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour, toward anyone.
- No spam, scams, or solicitation. This isn't a place to sell things or run schemes.
- Keep it appropriate. No sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content, whether in messages, photos, or anywhere else on your profile.
- Be who you say you are. No impersonation, no fake profiles.
- One account per person. Creating additional accounts to get around a suspension or ban is itself a violation. We may block the email address and IP address associated with a banned account.
- Keep contact on-platform, at first. We flag messages that share phone numbers, social media handles, or push toward off-platform contact early in a conversation. It's one of the most common patterns behind scams and unsafe contact, so we ask you to get to know someone here first.
The tools we give you
Every profile photo is checked for a detectable face before it can be uploaded, so profiles are of real people. You can block or report anyone, any time, with no need to justify it. Reports go to a human, not just an algorithm. Images can only be sent once you and the other person have actually exchanged a message, so photo-only contact can't happen cold.
Enforcement
We review reports submitted by users, and we act on patterns our own systems flag automatically. Violating these guidelines can result in a temporary suspension (for example, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent ban, at our discretion, depending on severity. We don't owe advance notice before taking action to protect other users.
