These terms govern your use of speak.languagelearnershub.com ("the site"), operated by Language Learners Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Newsletter

By submitting the newsletter form, you agree to receive emails from Language Learners Hub about LLH Speak, including product updates and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. One account per person: creating additional accounts to get around a suspension or ban is itself a violation of these terms, and we may block the email address and IP address associated with a banned account.

2. Community guidelines

Using LLH Speak means agreeing to our Community Guidelines, which cover respectful conduct, prohibited content, one account per person, and how we enforce violations, including temporary and permanent suspensions.

3. Content you send

You're responsible for what you post and send. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, and don't share other people's private information without their consent.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing to our newsletter or creating an account. We reserve the right to remove entries or accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by Language Learners Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. No warranty

LLH Speak is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the conduct of other users. That's why reporting and blocking tools exist, and we encourage you to use them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language Learners Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Paid subscriptions and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are charged at the frequency you select (monthly, annual, etc.) and will continue to auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry it, and your subscription may be suspended if payment cannot be collected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Account deletion and data removal

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, messages, and personal information will be removed, though we may retain anonymised data for safety records and legal compliance where required. Account deletion cannot be undone.

9. Third-party services

This site uses third-party services including:

• beehiiv: for newsletter email list management and delivery
• Google Analytics: for anonymised usage analytics
• Google Search Console: to monitor and improve our presence in Google Search results
• Stripe: for secure payment processing and subscription management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
