No. LLH Speak matches you with people learning your language too, so the exchange goes both ways. You practise theirs, they practise yours, and neither of you needs to be fluent to start.

English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean, with more likely to be added based on demand.

The partner map matches you with people by language pair, level, goals, time zone and practice style. People with reciprocal language needs and shared interests are ranked higher, but you can still browse everyone else too.

Cards covering travel, work, culture, food and daily life that give a new conversation a reason to start, so you're not staring at a blank message box wondering what to say.

Yes, voice notes let you record and send a message at your own pace, without the pressure of a live call.

You set your own correction style, gentle, detailed, grammar focused, pronunciation focused or casual, so partners know how you want feedback before they give it. Corrections attach to the exact message they refer to.

Yes, the phrase shelf lets you save any message or correction from a real conversation with one tap, so you can revisit expressions you'd never find in a textbook.

The first version focuses on profiles, matching, text chat, voice notes, saved phrases and correction requests. Live calls may come later.

Yes, any time, directly from their profile or a conversation, with no need to justify it. Reports go to a real moderation team, not just an algorithm.

Images can't be shared until both people have exchanged at least one message first, and any account that violates our guidelines can be reported, warned or banned.

LLH Speak is free to join and try. Founding members get both LLH Speak and LLH Tutor together for £4.99/month forever. You can try the first week free, and cancel anytime.

Yes, new users get their first week free with full access to conversation, matching, voice notes, and saved phrases. No credit card required to start.

You can cancel anytime from your profile settings. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If LLH Tutor is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment.

We do not normally provide refunds for later renewals or partially used billing periods, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

That is the model we are building toward. LLH Speak is designed to make an LLH membership feel more complete by adding real human practice alongside LLH Tutor.

No, LLH Speak and LLH Tutor share the same login. If you already have an account on one, the same email and password work on the other.

Deleting your LLH Speak account removes your profile, photos, saved phrases and messages. Because your login is shared with LLH Tutor, it isn't deleted from there automatically, see our Privacy Policy for details.
